When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment has been authorized and verified. This timeline excludes weekends and holidays.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking information, which will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
What orders are eligible for free shipping?
Domestic orders $75 and over are eligible for free USPS Priority Mail shipping unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.
Can I return items that were purchased on sale?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions!
Are there any shipping fees?
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product we will cover the return cost.
